Embodied Dreaming for Creative & Personal Transformation

Work with dreams, memories, and imaginal material as living experience - shaping both creative life and personal metamorphosis.

What is Embodied Imagination?

Embodied Imagination is a body-centered practice that works with dreams, memories, creative material, and even physical symptoms as doorways into deeper self-understanding, transformation, and healing.

Rather than approaching these experiences in a top-down way, through logic and interpretation, Embodied Imagination is a roots-up method that invites direct engagement with inner imagery as it is lived and felt in and through the body.

How I work

As an Embodied Imagination© practitioner, I guide you back into your dreams, memories, and imaginal experiences as if they were unfolding in the present moment. Rather than interpreting these experiences from the outside, we re-enter them—engaging with images as living presences.

By slowing down and allowing images to reveal themselves on their own terms, emotion, sensation, and perspective emerge from within the experience itself, giving us vital information that can propel us toward embodied change, creative emergence and deeper integration.

DREAMWORK

Engage with dreams, memories, and imaginal material as a path of insight, guidance, and inner communication.

A Structured Method

EMBODIMENT

Work with the body as the vessel of imaginal process—where image, sensation, and emotion are experienced and integrated.

CREATIVE EMERGENCE

Allow new forms, movements, and ways of being to emerge—whether in creative work, life direction, or inner orientation.

This work unfolds through three interrelated movements.

Embodied Imagination© is a method that has been practiced for over 30 years, moving individuals toward personal transformation, deepening into and birthing creative projects, and cultivating a more connected path forward.

A Living Method: Ollin al-Mithal

My unique approach brings together my 3 year training in Embodied Imagination with my over 20 year career as a literary artist, performer, and student of the unconscious, and the world's spiritual traditions.

As an advanced EI practitioner, I bring my own unique approach to the work I do. I bring together multiple worlds, domains, traditions, aligning the work to each person's individual story, personality, and essence.

If you seek clarity, discovery, if you seek cohesion, and you seek a way to connect with your inherent creativity and to put this into practice and embodiment, I will tailor my approach to your specific situation, background, and needs.
